For warranty claims, returns, or refunds, customers are required to contact RoketBrothers Store to complete an RMA (Return Material Authorization) form.

For Returns & Refunds Only:
Time Frame: Customers have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return or refund.
Condition: All products must be returned in their original condition, with packaging intact, to qualify for a return or refund.
Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returned items.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment upon the successful receipt and inspection of the returned products.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Delivery times may vary according to the country the customer is located in. All deliveries are set up as express deliveries and will normally reach the destination within a couple of days. All deliveries are provided with a tracking number, which will be shared with the customer after the shipment of the goods. RoketBrothers Store commits to providing timely updates and support in tracking your orders.
